1. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns under specific conditions. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within the specified return period after receiving the order.

2. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes used cosmetics, opened skincare products, and items not in their original condition.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, only the product cost will be refunded. Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Third Party

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier or delivery services. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, responsibility shifts to the shipping provider.
