SMA Cosmetics Return & Refund Policy

At SMA Cosmetics, we take pride in delivering premium-quality cosmetics, skincare, and haircare products. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and in line with European Consumer Rights regulations.

01. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • You have the right to return products purchased from SMA Cosmetics within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be free from damage, tampering, or signs of use.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Only incorrect, defective, or damaged products are eligible for return and refund.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics, skincare products, wigs, or hair extensions unless the item was supplied incorrectly or is proven faulty.

02. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed beauty and skincare products.
  • Products returned due to change of mind or personal preference.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as “non-returnable”.

03. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  2. Contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • 📧 Email or WhatsApp support details will be provided at checkout.
    • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.
  4. Carefully package the product(s) in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  5. Ship the item(s) to the return address provided.

04. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

05. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
  • On-sale and discounted products are strictly non-exchangeable.

06. Your Consumer Rights (EU Compliance)

This policy is designed in accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer within the European Union.
